Our vision was to create a busy ‘moment in time’ in the vibrant city of Leeds and to explain how council services play a big part in our everyday lives. 

The idea behind the piece was to have one long continuous ‘take’ to showcase people going about their business and utilising services provided by the council that are not often thought about or seen.
